- Minimum stay
- 2 nights at this home. Longer stays earn a weekly (7+ nights) or monthly (28+ nights) rate automatically.
- Rates by season
- Rates vary by season and your dates — your total is priced night by night.
- Pets
- No pets at any home. Service animals are always welcome.
- Check-in / check-out
- Arrive after 4:00 PM, depart by 10:00 AM. Keyless entry codes are sent the day before arrival.
- Same-day cutoff
- Same-day arrivals must be requested before 6:00 PM Central so we have time to turn the home over.
- Cleaning fee
- $149, charged once per stay and shown in your total above.
- Cancellation
- 30 or more days before check-in: Full refund of everything paid, less any non-refundable payment processing fee.
- 14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Fewer than 14 days before check-in: No refund. If we are able to re-book the dates at the same rate, we refund what we recover, less a $75 administrative fee.
- After check-in / early departure: No refund for unused nights.
- Security hold
- A $250 refundable authorization is placed 3 days before arrival and released within 7 days of checkout.
- House rules
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, no parties or events, no unregistered guests, no pets, and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Published violation fees apply.
- Taxes
- Florida state sales tax, Escambia County surtax, and the Escambia County Tourist Development Tax are collected at checkout in addition to the nightly rate and fees.
