Accessibility statement

Last updated August 3, 2026

Walnut Coast wants this site — and the homes behind it — to work for as many people as possible. Here is where we stand and how to tell us when we fall short.

Our commitment for this website

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That means readable contrast, keyboard-operable navigation, descriptive alt text on photography, visible focus indicators, semantic headings, and forms with real labels.

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new pages as we add homes and guide content, and we fix issues we find.

Accessibility of the homes themselves

Downtown Pensacola is a historic district. Several of the homes we manage are in older buildings with steps at the entry, narrow doorways, or bedrooms on a second floor. We do not describe a home as accessible unless it genuinely is.

  • Each listing page notes stairs, entry steps, and whether a bedroom and full bath are on the ground floor.
  • Tell us your specific needs before booking and we will tell you honestly whether a home works — including when the answer is no.
  • Service animals are welcome in every home we manage, with no pet fee and no breed or size restriction.

Known limitations

  • Some third-party embeds, such as maps and payment fields, are controlled by their providers and may not fully meet our standard.
  • Older property photography may have shorter alt text than we would like; we improve it as homes are re-shot.

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site or a booking is hard to use, email support@walnutcoast.com with the page and what happened. We aim to reply within two business days and will give you the information another way in the meantime.

Questions?

We would rather answer a question before you book than argue about it after. Reach out and a real person from our Pensacola team will respond.
